About EduQuantica: better education for a better world
EduQuantica is a London-based student recruitment and study abroad agency. We help students from around the world — and UK home students — choose the right course, get into the right university and arrive ready to succeed. Our university admissions support is free, and every student works with a dedicated counsellor.
Our story
EduQuantica was founded in London in June 2024 by Md Tarek Aziz Roman, after five years working in international student recruitment.
In those years, Tarek saw the same problem again and again. Talented students from Lagos, Dhaka, Accra and beyond were being pushed towards whichever university paid an agent the most, not the one that suited them. Costs appeared late. Visa advice was rushed. Students were handed a file number, and once they had enrolled, many agents stopped answering the phone. UK home students had a different version of the same problem: a confusing UCAS process and little personal help with it.
He started EduQuantica to do it properly. One counsellor per student. Every cost explained before anything is signed. Honest advice about your chances, even when the answer is "not this university, but this one". Visa applications handled with an SRA-regulated solicitor firm, so the most important step is never left to guesswork.
From its headquarters in Devas Street, East London, EduQuantica now works with more than 85 partner universities and colleges across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Europe. We have offices in Nigeria and Dhaka, Bangladesh, and we support students worldwide by video call. Students can also apply directly through our website, which sends their application straight to our student portal, or through our network of sub-agents. Our own student portal lets you track every application, document and offer in one place.
We are still a young company, and that is our advantage. Every student still gets the personal attention that made us start.

To give every student honest, personal and free guidance to study at the right university, from the first question to the first day of class.
In practice, our mission means four things:
Plan. We look at your grades, goals and budget, then build a shortlist of courses and universities where you have a real chance and a real future.
Apply. We help with UCAS and direct university applications, personal statements and statements of purpose, and every supporting document.
Secure. We guide you through offers, scholarships, CAS and pre-CAS interviews, and your student visa application, working with an SRA-regulated solicitor firm.
Arrive. We help you prepare for travel, accommodation and your first weeks, and we stay in touch until you have settled.
Our admissions support is free for students, because our partner universities fund it. That never changes our advice: we recommend the university that is right for you, not the one that is easiest for us.
