Every EduQuantica student works with a named counsellor who knows their goals, their documents and their deadlines. Many of our team studied abroad themselves, so they understand both the excitement and the stress of the journey. Here are the people who will guide you.
Our London team
Md Tarek Aziz Roman
Founder and Director
Tarek founded EduQuantica in London in June 2024 after years of advising international students and their families. Before that, he worked as an international student counsellor and in accounting and credit control, which gives him a practical understanding of the finances behind every application. He holds a master's degree in Investment Banking and Finance from the University of Glasgow, where he is now undertaking postgraduate research in economics, and a master's in Management (Finance) from BPP University. He leads EduQuantica's strategy, partnerships and student advice.

Ahmad Faiyaz
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Ahmad is a software engineer with more than 11 years of experience building large-scale systems at companies including Meta, Amazon and DoorDash, and earlier at technology companies in Singapore, London and Dhaka. He specialises in data infrastructure, backend system design and AI-driven systems. As EduQuantica's Chief Technology Officer, he oversees our technology, including the free student portal that lets students track every application, document and offer in one place.

Shahbaz Husain
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Shahbaz is a CIMA-qualified accountant (ACMA, CGMA) with an MBA from HEC Paris. He has spent more than 12 years as an accountant and business adviser to owner-managed businesses, and is a director of MWR Accountants, a practice with offices in Wales, the South West of England and London. As EduQuantica's Chief Financial Officer, he oversees our finances, governance and financial planning.

Our Bangladesh team (Dhaka)
Mir Osman Bin Nasim
Bangladesh Branch Director
Osman is a barrister and an advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He completed the Bar Professional Training Course at The City Law School, City University London, and holds an LLM in International Law. Alongside his legal practice in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and dispute resolution, he leads EduQuantica's Dhaka office, where his own experience of studying in London helps Bangladeshi students and their families prepare for the UK.
